Manufactured Parts

All merchandise carries a 30 day complete customer satisfaction. Merchandise returned within 30 days will be replaced, repaired, credited on account at full cost or money returned at our discretion. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be credited at 75% of the metal value.

Models

All models must be approved by the customer before molds are produced. An initial "Proof" run will then be made from the mold. After customer approval of the "Proof" run the mold will be ready for production runs. The production part may be as much as 6% smaller than the model, caused by mold and metal shrinkage. At any time production parts don't meet the customer requirements, the model and/or the mold may need to be replace at customer expense.

Designs

The customer will provide a sketch, drawing or 3D CAD file. A 3D cutting file will be produced and forwarded to the customer for approval. After the design is approved by the customer a model will be produced from green wax, cast in sterling and forwarded to the customer for approval. We will work closely with the customer to ensure that the model meets all customer requirements and intents.
